Mike Dias - master networker, genuine cheerleader, creative-gatherer, audio innovator, leader of the pack…we met because of in-ear monitors, but what came of that first phone call continues to be a gift.  The introductions he has made on our behalf have kept our engine churning in this otherwise difficult world of this music +touring industry we all love.  He saw the vision before we even wrote a mission statement, and he pushed us to be our best when we were at our lowest point both professionally and personally.  With his encouragement and insight, it allows us, and others who come into contact with him, to confidently move forward in an ever-changing landscape, putting us in front of people and places we could only dream of as business owners and nonprofit leaders.  When he speaks, we listen and inevitably take action.
